Potatoes in all form tastes good . If we team it up with cheese, cream and therapeutic herbs its all the more delicious. Lets give it a try in your kitchen when friends are around and you have loads of time to chat .
Ingredients : 4 big size potatoes , half a cup fresh cream,1 tablespoon butter,2 cubes of grated processed cheese ,1/4 cup milk ,2 tablespoon chopped celery (If not available use 1 chopped onion ),2 teaspoon chopped garlic, 1/2 cup American corn . Salt to taste , 1 teaspoon pepper powder , chilly flakes (optional)

Method: Preheat your oven to 180 c. Wrap all four potatoes but separately into a aluminium film and place the potatoes into the preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes till the potato is baked. Now slightly slit out the thin layer of upper portion of the potato . From the larger portion slowly scoop out the baked potato from middle making them hollow . Now heat a pan add butter , chopped garlic , celery and sauté them for a minute . Add american corn , scooped out potato portion , Salt and pepper powder. Sauté for a minute. Add Cream , milk and cheese in the dry sautéed mixture making the texture more creamy and rich. Now put off the flame. Generously fill the hollow large potatoes with the creamy mixture and add some processed cheese on top of all four potatoes. Bake the potatoes for 5 more minutes until cheese turns golden brown. Once its done you may serve it with chilly flakes on top as garnish (Optional). Enjoy this recipe with your gang and have the best tea time ever.
