Breakfast should be wholesome and for that, best served is an omelette .Lets make it wholesome, nutritious and delicious. Today’s omelette is not a regular one but is decorative and very yummy to taste.
Ingredients : 4 eggs,Cooking oil 1 tablespoon,One small capsicum cut into dices , Half a potato cut into thin slices, 1 small onions cut into dices ,1 small tomato cut into dices , 1/4 cup american corn , 1 teaspoon pepper powder , 1 teaspoon chilly flakes, 1 teaspoon dry parsley, Salt to taste .

Method : Take a non- stick frying pan and keep it on slow flame . Divide all the ingredients into two portions . Add oil , once the oil is hot put potato slices and sauté for a minute until it turns to light brown then add all the rest of the diced veggies divided as half portion of an omelette and sauté for a minute .Sprinkle dash of salt for taste. Beat two eggs with 1 teaspoon water ( Water gives extra fluffiness to the egg) and add salt and pepper powder as per taste. Do remember to spread the sautéed veggies evenly to the whole pan , then spread the beaten egg slowly . Sprinkle chilly flakes and dry parsley on top of the omelette and cover the dish for a minute with a lid , flame still on.
Now the upper texture of the omelette is soft and tender Switch off the flame, slowly try to slide the omelette on to a serving plate which would be easy as pan is non stick .Serve hot with a glass of juice.
Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the remaining ingredients for the second share of omelette and enjoy a twosome wholesome breakfast !!!
