Spaghetti Twosome !!!


Its Weekend…. time to spend some lovely time with your partner and what’s best than cooking for your someone special. So gear up… plan a dinner date with the one in your life and surprise them with this lovely easy to make recipe and enjoy the twosome awesome time …

Ingredients: 100 gm spaghetti, 2 Cup milk, 1 tablespoon refined flour, 1 tablespoon butter,1 teaspoon cooking oil,1/2 cup celery finely chopped, 1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped, few basil leaves, 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped, Salt to taste, 2 cubes of processed cheese grated, 1 teaspoon of chilly flakes, 1 teaspoon  of pepper powder, Few slices of onions and Capsicum for garnishing.

Servings : 2

Method : Cook spaghetti in boiling water with 1 teaspoon of oil and salt . Salt will give it the taste and oil will avoid tangling of spaghetti strands . Once its boiled strain them carefully and keep it aside. Heat a non stick pan add butter and refined flour and sauté it for 30 sec, add milk and stir the mixture continuously avoiding any lumps .Once the milk thickens up a bit add processed cheese , pinch of salt and pepper powder ,your white sauce gets ready. Simultaneously take another small pan heat up on high flame add some butter , garlic ,celery , basil and parsley .Toss it for a min and add herbs into the white creamy  sauce mixture  . Now stir  all the ingredients for a min and add the boiled spaghetti and mix well with the white sauce mixture for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add Chilly flakes on top and put off the flame. Take the pan where you sautéed  garlic and other herbs, heat it again without adding oil or butter and sauté the onion and capsicum slices. Use the tossed slices as garnish on top of the spaghetti twosome . Enjoy the dish with the one you are most happy…..!!!
