Tangri malai kebab is a cream based delicacy which is widely eaten in all parts of world these days. This kebab has a rich look to it .Its appearance itself is mouth watering . Do try this simple yet very rich & tasty dish at home and surprise your family.
Ingredients : 8 Chicken leg pieces, 1 Cup fresh cream ,2 teaspoon of corn flour, 1 teaspoon lemon juice , 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder , salt to taste , 1 teaspoon garlic paste , 1 teaspoon ginger paste , 1 teaspoon white / black pepper powder , 1 cubes of processed cheese grated, few strands of saffron , Oil to grease the baking tray .Aluminium foil paper for presentation.

Method : 1st Step
Marination of chicken
Take the chicken leg pieces,poke them all around with the help of a fork and add salt white/ black pepper powder , nutmeg powder , garlic paste , ginger paste . Mix it well with chicken and keep iot aside for 30 minutes.
2nd Step :
Take the processed cheese add corn flour to it and mash it gently with hands making it a smooth paste .Add green cardamom powder to it and mix the marinated chicken with this smooth cheese paste . Now with gentle hands mix both the ingredients with each other so that at the end of it each chicken piece has sufficient marinate coating . Add Cream to it and mix it well again .Add saffron strands to the whole marinate and keep this fully marinated chicken for another half an hour before its ready to be grilled in the oven.
For grilling preheat your griller for 15 minutes on 180 degree Celsius . Take out the grilling tray place the leg pieces with sufficient space in between and grill it again for about 16 to 18 minutes in the same temperature with twisting of chicken pieces in between to let it cook evenly. Once grilled take it outside carefully wrap the bone portion of the chicken with aluminium foil and serve it hot.
