Baked Rasogolla !!!

Very popular Indian sweet in a different form which breaks its boredom for a while . This dish a step ahead to awesomeness.

Ingredients :

8 Rasogollas , 1 cup condensed milk, 1/2 cup milk , 1/2 cup grated cottage cheese.

Servings : 4

Method:

Mix Condensed milk, milk &grated cottage cheese into a smooth mixture. Squeeze out excess sugar syrup from all rasogollas and dip that in the prepared mixture. Preheat the oven in 200 degree.Take a baking dish pour the rasogolla mixture into the baking dish and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with saffron strands. Serve hot.
