To have a healthy heart you have to eat healthy too. As its winters we often binge on to soups . Today’s recipe is more of an appetiser which you can eat in between meals for having the right craving for the next meal served.
100 gm Carrot roughly diced, One medium sized onion roughly chopped , 3 to 4 garlic pods crushed , few mint leaves crushed , 1 green chilly roughly chopped, few basil leaves, 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon freshly crushed pepper powder, salt to taste.

Take a pressure cooker keep it on medium flame , add butter ,onions, carrots,basil, salt and pepper . sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Make a spice pouch of crushed garlic, mint leaves and green chilly and add it into the pressure cooker with 1 cup Luke warm water . Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook it until 2 whistles. Once cooked take out the spice pouch from the mixture ,blend the mixture into a thick soup . Serve hot .
