Low calorie eating is the new trend where we prefer taste with no fat.Its very rare to find taste in low calorie dishes . Guess what try this recipe for a perfect way to indulge your taste-buds guilt free.
Ingredients : Few cabbage leaves, 50 gm fresh baby corn sliced , 1 capsicum sliced, 1 carrot sliced diagonally, 100 g cottage cheese sliced ,1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, salt to sprinkle, oil for grilling.
For Sauce: 100 g fresh yoghurt, 1 teaspoon garlic finely crushed, 1 teaspoon of curry powder ( mixture of cumin , coriander and red chilly powder), salt to taste, 1 teaspoon oil.
Heat a flat pan on high flame, add very little oil , spread all the sliced veggies and cottage cheese into the heated pan , sprinkle lemon juice and bit of salt. Grill it both sides until its half tender and smoky.
Remove all the veggies and plate it on a flat serving dish.
For yoghurt sauce :
Take a cooking pan heat it on slow flame. add oil garlic and curry powder & salt. sauté it for 30 sec . Add yoghurt and switch of the flame.Pour the sauce into a bowl and serve it with the grilled veggies.
