Keep the chicken mixed in these ingredients for about 1 hour. Heat a stir fry pan and add olive oil , green chillies, ginger juliennes, garlic crushed stir fry it for 1 minutes on high flame . Now add marinated chicken and cook it covered for 2 to 3 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked and vinegar, dark soy and tomato ketchup into the dish and stir fry on high flame for another 2 minutes. Add a little water and i tablespoon corn starch solution into it. Once the water thickens just the right consistency to only moisten the chicken switch of the flame. Pour the dish in a serving dish and sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds on top as a dressing. Eat this hot and enjoy the foggy winters.
