Kebabs are always a favourite. especially when winter is at peak and your tummy demands hot steamy food. For those who love to have more of protein than carbohydrates its a must have for them .Not only it is low in calorie its also very tasty to try on. Do make this simple yet very classic dish and sizzle the winters.
Ingredients : 500 g small boneless chicken pieces, 1 cup yoghurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon of coriander leaves, mint leaves and basil paste, 1 teaspoon of green chilly paste, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon olive oil , 1 teaspoon red chilly powder, 1 tablespoon corn starch.

Method : marinate the chicken with the above listed ingredients mixing it well. Keep the chicken for at least 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator for marination. Once chicken is marinated grill it under 180 degree Celsius temperature for 15 to 20 minutes on a preheated oven. Serve hot with onion slices and enjoy the eating .
