Ingredients : 10 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 cup hung curd (Yoghurt hanged for an hour in a muslin cloth like a pouch ), 1/2 cup grated carrot, 1/2 cup finely chopped green capsicum, 1 teaspoon chopped green chilly, 4 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon of red chilly powder, few curry leaves, 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Method : Heat oil in a flat pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once the mustard seeds starts spluttering switch of the flame add chilly powder and mix it with the hung curd. Now add grated carrot , chopped capsicum and chopped green chilly along with sugar and salt to the hung curd and mix all the ingredients well. Spread that mixture on 5 slices and sandwich it with another bread slice. Cut it from the centre in two halves and serve with your favourite dip. Isn’t it quick and easy?
