A perfect party recipe with minimum effort and great taste. Very nutritious , low in calorie and yes kids love it (I am including some adults too 🙂 ). This dish looks attractive and tastes heaven. These mini burgers are little bundle of joy which brings smile on anybodies face. I made my sister smile today …..you spread the joy too and make someone smile for something so yummy.
Ingredients : 4 mini burgers , 1 cup overnight soaked, boiled and mashed kidney beans, 2 brown breads made into crumbs, 1 teaspoon green chilly chopped, 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander, 1 medium onion finely chopped, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon red chilly powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt to taste, cucumber slices, tomato ketchup, mustard sauce,oil for shallow frying, Cherry tomatoes for garnishing.

Method : Mix mashed kidney beans, brown bread crumbs , green chilly,finely chopped coriander, onion,dry mango powder,red chilly powder, lemon juice,salt and make it into a dough . Divide in four equal portions and make into into small patties. shallow fry them till there outer texture is crisp, Now just toss the burgers on a pan so that they warm up a bit and become soft, add mustard sauce, tomato ketchup, cucumber then bean patty and once again tomato ketchup. Garnish it with toothpick and cherry tomatoes and serve it with baked wafers .
