Mustard shrimps ,Caramelized baby corns , Veggies Salad with Margarine Toasts !!!!

A Salad is way to clean eating and a reason to eat guilt- free. If you feel you have partied a lot and your tummy needs rest , then you can opt for this salad with  margarine toasts and you will have no regrets later. shrimps go well with mustard dressing and combination of veggies and sweet baby corns just adds on the pleasure. I had a awesome time eating this …its your turn now.

Ingredients : half cup shrimps , 1 tablespoon mustard and jalapeno paste, 1 cup capsicum wedges, Ice berg lettuce, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 7 to 8 baby corns cut into two slits , 1 tablespoon sweet chilly sauce, french loaf slices, 1 tablespoon margarine,salt and pepper,olive oil, 2 eggs .

Method :  coat the shrimps  and capsicum with mustard sauce an a pinch of salt and stick them with a tooth pick and saute it in olive oil . coat baby corns with sweet chilly sauce and saute it in high flame till its caramelized and grilled . roughly chopped Ice berg lettuce,cut cherry tomatoes in two halves and  place them in a platter. add in all the shrimps baby corns , scramble the eggs with salt and pepper and use as a garnish on salad, toast the french loaf slices with margarine and serve hot.
