I love experimenting and today I poached eggs the way it should be . I used no oil and poaching was just perfect . Eggs turned out to be very soft and creamy textured. I love my eggs poached and I was excited to try the actual poaching technique today. So teamed it up with some home made coleslaw and burger bun. tadaaaaaaa…….Lunch was ready….and it was healthier from the usual burger I crave for …..!!!
Ingredients : 2 eggs, 2 tablespoon Egg less Mayo, 1 tablespoon finely chopped cabbage, 1 tablespoon finely chopped carrot, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 tablespoon mustard sauce, 1 tablespoon margarine,2 sesame Burger buns.

Method : To poach eggs just boil water in a flat container and just drop in a broken egg carefully in the boiling water itself. with the help of a spoon top the egg yolk with biling water so that the egg surface also gets cooked. Do stir the eggs but very gently so that yolk spreads intact and doesn’t spread away. That’s the only trouble you have to take. To make coleslaw just mix cabbage, carrot and egg less Mayo . assembling of burger will be layer wise. Firstly warm the buns so that they taste fresh and soft, spread margarine over it , then mustard sauce. Top it with Coleslaw and then add in poached eggs. sprinkle some pepper powder and burger is ready with its filling all intact.
