In search of different and new recipes I keep my taste buds on alert mode always. Last week I celebrated Holi with my best friends and we ended up eating in a unique restaurant serving Bengali dishes with a continental twist. It was fun and I had this drink which I am about to share with my readers as it was something out of the box and yet very much grounded .I had this specific drink for the first time and its worth a try . Ingredients : 2 cups of chilled milk, 1 tablespoon of mango shredded jelly or chutney, 1 teaspoon roasted fennel seeds crushed coarsely, 1 teaspoon black peppercorn crushed coarsely, 4to 5 cubes of ice, 2 teaspoon sugar powder.

Method : Its easy , . Leave a bit of roasted fennel seeds and a bit of crushed black peppercorns from the ingredients for garnish and blend all the ingredients in a blender. pour in a suitable glass and serve it after garnishing.
