I am back to kitchen experiment routines and I was enjoying the Sunday breakfast cooking .Last week I attended a wedding reception of my ex-colleague and met few more at the party. As usual they were asking same old questions to me whether I cook it myself or whether I click it myself ( Same old questions which I was tired answering to people despite my pictures are taken at the same background or written as nisha’s photography….) Still it makes me feel good at the end of it because they talk about my blog . I love it when people say wow after seeing my dishes and compare it with top notch restaurants. Its worth answering those questions no matter how many times they ask me. It just keeps me sane….after all we all love attention.
Ingredients : 8 slices of brown bread, 2 eggs , 1/4 cup cold milk, finely chopped de seeded tomatoes, 1 teaspoon garlic chopped and sautéed in butter, grated mozzarella cheese, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilly flakes.
Servings : 4
Method : Take a round cookie cutter and cut bread circles through it. with a rolling pin flatten it. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade , put this bread pieces in muffin moulds like a shape of baskets and bake it for 2 to 3 minutes. Beat egg ,milk ,chilly flakes oregano, salt , together. Once breads are done. add little bit tomato in each cups sautéed garlic and grated cheese in equal portions and with help of a spoon just add in the egg and milk mixture to each moulds . bake the bread cups for another 15 minutes until its light brown on the surface. Once baked de mould the bread cups and enjoy hot.
